FROM BASEL SBB STATION
BUS #30 from Basel SBB or Badischer Bahnhof
Or 10 minutes' walk
Bus #50 from the airport to the final stop Basel SBB (Swiss Federal Railway Station), then opposite take bus #30 towards Badischer Bahnhof for one stop and the hotel is located directly next to the bus stop.
Parking option Steinen car park
We would like to inform you that we do not have any parking spaces at the hotel.
On arrival, you may drive up in front of the hotel entrance to unload your luggage. We will then be happy to explain how to get to the entrance of the public car park „Steinen”, which is located directly next to the hotel. It costs approx. CHF 25.00 for 24 hours.
Motorway - from France
Drive to the end of the motorway (customs) Then head towards the city, passing the (medieval city gate) Spalentor Drive in the left-hand lane at the Helvetia insurance and turn left at the traffic lights, then continue for approx. 50 metres to Hotel Steinenschanze.
Motorway - from Germany or Zürich/Bern/Luzern
Use the Basel City/Süd exit
Then drive in the direction of Unispital, pass under the underpass at the Post and cross the viaduct. At the first traffic lights, turn right and drive back approx. 50 metres to Hotel Steinenschanze
